Since upgrading the iPhone to OS3.0.1, none of the links work?

The update to the iPhone OS stops the application accessing data - it can be easily fixed by re-installing the application post OS update.

Why can't I view the official music videos via YouTube?

Some videos on YouTube use or are encoded using Flash. These videos cannot be viewed on either the iPhone or the iPod Touch as Flash is not supported on these devices.

I’ve tried to launch the application but it keeps resetting to the launch icon?

This is a situation that can occur with application, like any computer-based device the buffers can become full. If this should happen all you need to do is reset the device by switching it off. When the device restarts the buffers will be reset and you will be able to use the application.

On launching a website, parts of the page appear to be missing?

Unfortunately certain media players are not available on the iPhone/iPod Touch meaning that elements of website cannot be seen. Where possible pure HTML sites are proved.

I’ve selected Preview/Buy Track on the Options Screen and it takes me to Podcast instead of to the iTunes store?

To connect to the iTunes store you need to have at the very minimum a 3G connection, if this is not available the iPhone by default will go to Podcasts.
